We’re seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to provide proactive support to external candidates and internal colleagues across the Cabot Credit Management Group. This role is vital for delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, working within defined HR service level agreements to ensure a first-class service. If you’re passionate about creating positive first impressions and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing proactive onboarding support to new starters and internal colleagues across the CCM Group.
Completing pre-employment screening and reference checks in line with company and client SLAs.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity within the People System.
Coordinating onboarding logistics with IT, Facilities, and L&D teams.
Supporting client audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
Acting as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Assisting with contracts, new starter paperwork, and general HR admin support.
