Job description

We're looking for an Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Chatham. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth candidate onboarding and full compliance with industry regulations. If you have experience in compliance, payroll, or onboarding, we'd love to hear from you!


What You'll Do:
  1. Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for Candidates
  2. Ensure full compliance with HMRC, CIS, IR35, and PAYE regulations
  3. Assist with self-onboarding processes
  4. Perform regular audits and maintain compliance records
  5. Work with recruitment agencies and contractors to ensure smooth onboarding
  6. Identify areas for improvement and help streamline compliance processes

What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience in compliance, payroll, or contractor onboarding (umbrella payroll experience is a plus!)
  2. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills
  3. Excellent verbal communication skills to liaise with Candidates over the phone.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Proficiency with compliance software and digital platforms

A degree in Business, HR, Compliance, or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
