The Civil Works Alliance are recruiting an On-Boarding Advisor! Are you ready to play a vital role in one of the UK\'s most exciting projects? We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Advisor to join the SZC team, supporting the development of the Sizewell C nuclear power plant and related infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring that all personnel meet the compliance and suitability requirements necessary for site access.

Your Role:

As an Onboarding Advisor, you will:

• Lead the efficient and effective onboarding process, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage workforce data using the WIMS system to maintain compliance and monitor progress.
• Assess and verify competencies in line with the SQEP procedures.
• Facilitate pre-employment screenings, including medical and safety checks, and coordinate SZC inductions.
• Ensure Drugs & Alcohol testing is completed for all new hires.
• Work closely with People Partners, recruitment teams, and stakeholders to set up new starters and manage their IT access.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance at all levels.
