M&G is seeking an Onboarding Administrator to join their Finance and Onboarding Team in London. This role involves managing onboarding activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting KYC processes. Candidates should possess strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with fluency in Italian being highly beneficial.

The Role:
M&G Trustee Company Limited (“MTCL”) offers a wide range of Trustee and Agency services in the capital markets space. No investment related activity is carried out. The Finance and Onboarding Team is responsible for managing the set up, onboarding and administration of new transactions where MTCL acts in different trustee and agency capacities, the ongoing maintenance and recording of the relevant finance covenants, as well as the movement of funds in and out of the MTCL accounts. The team is also responsible for ensuring the efficient and consistent application of fees, invoice processing, reconciliation of associated payments as well as keeping the compliance database up to date.
The Onboarding Administrator will be responsible for the onboarding and administration of new transactions, tracking the various elements of new business to ensure prompt and efficient completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, along with other associated onboarding activities. The Onboarding Administrator will also assist in maintaining accurate records of the pipeline and closed deals, the administration of payments, issues, review and reconciliation of invoices and maintaining the compliance database.
