Job Description

  • Support management of third-party performance and onboard projects to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • Lead performance meetings to align activities with business goals.
  • Collaborate with operations, training, and systems as part of the onboard team.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and third-party partners.
  • Oversee entertainment, themed cruises, and children's programs within budget, in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Manage product availability and execution of third-party F&B and retail services.
  • Address operational complexities to deliver the right customer offerings.
  • Develop business cases for new product launches.
  • Promote high-performance behaviours across the team.
  • Oversee onboard retail and catering operations for high service standards.
  • Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction continually.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
  • Oversee staff training and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Analyse customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong financial skills to drive sales and profit.
  • Experience in Retail, F&B, Leisure, or travel sectors.
  • Proven results in financial modelling, analysis, and budgeting.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Confident communication with third-party suppliers.
  • A valid passport and ability to travel frequently between Hull, Amsterdam, and other sites.
