CalMac is recruiting for an onboard team to work across restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and food service areas during the summer season. You will deliver a warm welcome and assist customers on board, contributing to safe, enjoyable journeys around Scotland.

The role emphasizes customer service in a busy maritime environment, with two weeks on/two weeks off rotations and 12-hour daily shifts. ENG1 medical certification is required before offers.

Competenze

• Experience in customer facing roles from hospitality, retail or catering.
• Friendly and professional in busy environments.
• Ability to work as part of a crew onboard.
• Willingness to travel and adapt across onboard areas.

Mansioni

• Deliver warm welcome and help customers across restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and food service areas.
• Serve coffee and assist with shop duties; assist in food preparation as needed.
• Remain safety-conscious and support on-board emergency procedures when required.
