Job summary

A leading cruise company based in Southampton seeks a HVAC/Ventilation Officer to manage the ventilation systems aboard luxury ships. The ideal candidate will possess relevant refrigeration qualifications and strong problem-solving skills. Experience in the refrigeration industry and a good command of English is required. This role involves supervising a team and ensuring safety regulations are met while delivering exceptional customer service on board.

Qualifications

• Solid proven experience working within the refrigeration industry.
• Management of a team with varying levels of experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ship’s ventilation and AC systems.
• Respond quickly to defects and prioritize work safely.
• Support Electro-Technical department with asset management.
