The Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is a vibrant charity delivering nautical adventures for young people through Sea Cadets. We also offer personal and professional development for seafarers. We are seeking an OTW Project Assistant to support the delivery of the On The Water project at our Birmingham station. This role involves engaging with young people aged 9-14, providing water activities, and supporting project logistics and evaluation.
The project runs from 29 July 2024 to 30 August 2025. During this period, the assistant will handle registration, manage group changes, track targets, encourage surveys, and fill bookings. Before delivery, focus will be on bookings and outreach; afterward, on evaluation and participant support.
