Job summary

Supreme Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Waste Segregation Officer for Farnham. You'll help customers sort waste into the correct recycling and non-recycling bins on-site, ensuring efficient and compliant handling.

The role requires reliability, good communication, and a proactive approach to safety and environment. Training will be provided, with a physically active position supporting sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate reliability and good communication skills.
• Willingness to help customers create a cleaner environment.
• Excellent attention to detail when sorting waste.
• Experience in waste industry desirable but not essential.
• Face-to-face customer interaction desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and dispose of waste materials per procedures and regs.
• Operate waste handling equipment safely (e.g., compactors, balers).
• Assist with loading/unloading waste containers with proper lifting techniques.
• Keep waste areas clean and free of hazards.
• Follow health and safety protocols to minimise risks.
• Collaborate with team to optimise waste management processes.
