You will work with sales, fleet management, and other teams, provide status updates, optimize routes, handle documentation, and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with a focus on vehicle movement.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the movement of vehicles, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
• Liaise with customers, service providers & drivers to arrange vehicle movements.
• Track and monitor vehicle movements, addressing delays or issues promptly.
• Optimise transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Coordinate with storage facilities to oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of vehicles.
• Communicate with transport providers to ensure timely supply and movement of vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle operating regulations and maintain transportation documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, fleet management, and service teams to align logistics activities.
• Provide status updates on vehicle movements and delivery schedules to internal stakeholders.
