Job summary

Involve Recruitment is seeking a skilled steelwork installation supervisor to join our client\'s team. You will organise, erect and supervise the installation of structural steelwork and metal works across construction sites, ensuring safety and quality. The role includes reading drawings, coordinating a crew, and maintaining high standards on site.

A company van and Hilti power tools are provided. The role requires CSCS and IPAF cards, welding/fabrication experience, and AP ticket training if

Qualifications

• Proven experience welding and fabrication of structural steel.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret measurements.
• CSCS and IPAF cards are required; training may be provided for additional certifications.
• Experience at height and in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Erect steel frameworks, beams and structural components on-site.
• Supervise installation teams and ensure alignment and stability.
• Read drawings and cut, weld and assemble steel structures.
• Ensure safety, maintain clean worksite, and promote safe practices.
• Perform routine inspections and address hazards.
• Maintain project quality across installations.
