A leading grid technology firm is seeking a Site Service Specialist - Substation Control Systems to support field service activities across substations. The role requires experience in Substation Automation Systems and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. You will perform diagnostics, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with safety standards. As a Site Service Specialist - Substation Control Systems reporting to the UK Services Leader, you will play a key role in delivering field service activities at Protection & Control integrators and customer sites. You will support service and maintenance contracts across onshore substations and offshore platforms, as well as contribute to validation and testing at factories or on-site for ongoing projects. In this role, you will operate within defined parameters, making decisions and applying technical concepts to moderately complex issues. You'll be expected to resolve problems through immediate actions or short-term planning, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
