Job summary

Arco Ltd, based at the Bracknell workshop with occasional travel to customer sites, provides expert inspection, maintenance and servicing of critical safety equipment to keep customers compliant and protected. As an Equipment Services Technician, you will deliver professional service, support equipment hire and provide technical advice while building strong customer relationships across your territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach with motivation to develop technical expertise.
• Interest in health and safety and helping customers stay compliant.
• Ability to learn and follow processes thoroughly.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, inspecting, repairing and calibrating safety equipment.
• Carry out planned maintenance, six-month inspections and on-site calibrations at customer locations.
• Deliver Face Fit Testing at customer sites and Arco Safety & Training Centres.
