Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Operative for an on-site role at Birmingham's Bullring retail environment. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical building services, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain QA and safety records.

• City & Guilds/NVQ Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical building services maintenance and related building fabric tasks.
• Close/update completed PPM tasks on site computerised maintenance system.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors for PPM and reactive works.
• Ensure QA and site procedures are followed, including Health & Safety.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation for all works.
• Attend site emergencies outside normal hours when required.
• Work at high level in plant rooms using platforms and ladders; PPE provided.
