Procter & Gamble is seeking a Project Engineer at the London plant to lead and execute small capital projects from feasibility through commissioning. You will develop scopes, cost estimates and execution plans, coordinating design, procurement, installation and validation to ensure safe, compliant, quality-driven delivery.

• Extensive on-site engineering experience in design and construction of chemical/process-manufacturing projects.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings including GAs, isometrics, P&IDs, and 3D models.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, bid packages and supplier evaluations.
• Experience supervising contractors and managing construction safety and quality.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and permit-to-work requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration across site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage small projects from feasibility through scope development to design, construction, commissioning and start-up.
• Provide technical expertise for construction and mechanical scope, including design documentation, procurement support, installation supervision, final inspection and commissioning.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules and execution plans; support larger capital projects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and adapt plans to site conditions.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedules.
