You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Technical, Planning, Engineering, and HSE teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality processes, including scale-up of new products and the development of analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical process support and real-time troubleshooting to maintain safe, efficient production.
• Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects on process optimization and productivity.
• Coordinate scale-up and introduction of new products with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct material evaluations, trials, and investigations to support improvements.
• Participate in hazard studies, MOC activities, root cause investigations, and site safety.
• Manage batch documentation, process specifications, and SAP transactions.
• Support development and improvement of analytical methods.
• Champion Lubrizol's safety and environmental stewardship.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive projects and priorities.
