Job summary

Anderson Legal Ltd in Scotland is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join our Kirkintilloch or Bishopbriggs offices. You will assist with wills, executries, powers of attorney, and client file management, drafting and reviewing documents, and supporting Solicitors to deliver clear, practical advice.

Ideal candidates have a solid foundation in private client law, experience with wills and executories, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate empathetically with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in private client law, with knowledge of wills, executries and powers of attorney.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting and organizing documents.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.
• Research and fact-finding to support case work and file preparation.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and adherence to high legal standards.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines.
• Paralegal qualification or legal studies certification preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and management of wills, executries and powers of attorney.
• Draft and review legal documents and liaise with clients to gather information.
• Provide updates and support Solicitors to deliver high-quality service.
