Job summary

PeoplePlus is hiring a Gateway Facilitator (Work Coach) based in Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands, UK. This is a full-time, on-site role with an annual salary of £28,000.

You will deliver short courses in Personal and Social Development to prison-based learners, helping them develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting their long-term goals. As a Tutor, you will ensure training plans are in place and provide advice and guidance when required, contributing to the learners'

Qualifications

• Experience delivering short courses in Personal and Social Development.
• Ability to work with small groups of learners in a prison-based setting.
• Ability to support learners with long-term goals and aspirations.
