Job summary

AlphaSense in London seeks a hands-on Physical Security Analyst to own day-to-day security for the London office and collaborate with the Insider Protection team in New York. You will lead on-site security operations, incident response, and risk assessments while growing into a broader security function over time.

You will work with HR, Legal, IT, and Facilities to maintain security standards, coordinate with vendors, and ensure clear incident logs and escalation-ready reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security, or related field.
• Hands-on familiarity with physical security systems (access control, CCTV, visitor management).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills; clear incident reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site security point for the London office and coordinate with NYC Insider Protection.
• Monitor access control, visitor management, and badge provisioning; perform risk assessments.
• Lead first-response on physical security incidents and document findings for escalation.
• Maintain incident logs and provide summaries to security leadership.
• Coordinate with building management and security vendors to uphold standards.
