Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to plan and deliver fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance, sickness absence case management, emergency advisory support and health promotion as part of the Occupational Health Department’s SLA with customer units. This on-site role is based in Norwich, with potential delivery at other Perenco UK locations.

Qualifications

• NMC registration and current practice as an RGN.
• Experience in Occupational Health environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in Occupational Health and workplace wellbeing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to contribute effectively within team-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver occupational health screening in line with Perenco standards.
• Coordinate screening at the Norwich office and at employees' workplaces including onshore sites.
• Support sickness absence reviews with consultations and fitness-for-work recommendations.
• Deliver lifestyle and work-related health promotion campaigns.
• Maintain accurate consultation records and health data in meddbase.
