Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to deliver fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance programs and sickness absence management from our Norwich on-site clinic.

You will coordinate screening at the Norwich office and client sites, carry out nurse-led medicals, and support health promotion campaigns while maintaining accurate records. The role requires current NMC registration (RGN) and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NMC as an RGN.
• Proven experience in Occupational Health.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT.
• Interest in Occupational Health and workplace wellbeing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective team contribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver occupational health screening in line with standards.
• Coordinate screening at Norwich office and client sites.
• Support sickness absence reviews with fitness-for-work recommendations.
• Deliver lifestyle and health promotion campaigns.
• Maintain accurate consultation records and enter data.
• Plan workload across Norwich clinic and other locations.
• Attend Occupational Health team meetings.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environment policies and complete mandatory training.
