Job summary

Gel Resourcing is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to join a friendly in-house Occupational Health team in West Bromwich. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, on site with occasional travel to Cardiff.

Overnight accommodation is paid when traveling, and a company car is available for work-related travel. We welcome OH Nurse, OH Technician, OH Manager, or OH Physician candidates with relevant qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NMC registered nursing qualification and be eligible to practice in the UK.
• Experience in Occupational Health is preferred and may be considered with progressing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Case management and management referrals.
• Health promotion and education.
• Reviewing referrals and follow-ups.
• Supporting the wider Occupational Health service.
