• Provide on-site hose replacement service to customers.

• Maintain health and safety with PPE use.
• Manage Mobile Sales & Service Unit including stock and checks.
• Ensure MSSU documentation and updates are kept current.
• Assist colleagues within the franchise when required.
• Attend company training courses as requested.
• Present yourself professionally to customers and staff.
