Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Confident with process improvement and documentation.
• Comfortable working across teams.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support CI activity across the shop floor.
• Run root cause investigations and 8D reports.
• Manage and improve process documentation.
• Work with design engineering on new processes and tooling.
• Train and support operators on new builds and methods.
• Drive 5S, lean and workflow improvements.
