Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an RME Technician to maintain a wide range of site equipment and uphold Health and Safety standards across our distribution network.

You'll perform proactive and reactive maintenance to prevent downtime and keep operations running smoothly. Based on-site with a nodal home site, you may travel within your cluster of EU sites to support maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
• 4-year UK certified apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment.
• Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
• Use the latest tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold all health and safety policies and practices.
• Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices.
• Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across a range of EU sites.
