Job summary

OrganOx in Oxford seeks an EU Logistics & Materials Coordinator to manage materials control, inventory accuracy, SAP transactions and logistics coordination across Production, Service, R&D and operations.

The role is full‑time on‑site in Oxford with occasional travel to dispersed third‑party sites; remote or hybrid working is not suitable. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound shipments, stock checks, traceability, and compliance with GMP/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a materials control, inventory, warehouse, logistics or supply chain coordination role.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience working within regulated environments (manufacturing/medical device/pharma) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records within SAP across all storage locations.
• Perform goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer and inventory adjustment transactions.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and manage supplier collections and deliveries.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded in real time and maintain traceability.
