A furniture installation company in the UK seeks an On-Site Install Co-Ordinator responsible for overseeing furniture installation projects. The role requires strong project management skills and effective communication with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and computer literate, with flexibility to travel to client sites as required. ON SITE INSTALL CO-ORDINATOR - NEW OPPORTUNITY
Warings Furniture has a growing number of clients that require very specific layouts of furniture based upon technical coded drawings. We are looking for individuals who can oversee an install of furniture including directing personnel and ensuring the correct furniture is located in exact correct locations including fabric combinations and styles. On site communications with clients and their contractors and designers form part of the role. Other aspects of the job could include various on site tasks such as surveys and site meetings as examples. The role is envisaged to be 70% out of office and 30% in office, however as a new role in the business this is not confirmed. The critical skills are experience and capability of: plan reading, project management, site work, communications (both verbal and written), accuracy and attention to detail, man management and computer literate.
We are located in a rural area, therefore transport is essential.
