Job summary

Pure Engineering Services is seeking a Resident Mechanical / Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our team on an established commercial contract. The role is predominantly site-based around Windermere, Kendal and Handforth, with travel time paid and a company vehicle provided.

You will perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on VRF/VRV, split systems, AHUs and pumps, carry out fault finding and minor repairs, and maintain accurate service records while liaising with

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial building services and HVAC systems.
• Ability to perform both PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding across mechanical and air-conditioning systems.
• Fgas Cat 1 certification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on building services.
• Respond to reactive faults and breakdowns.
• Diagnose faults in mechanical and air-conditioning systems.
• Carry out minor repairs and remedial works.
• Liaise with client site team and contractors.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Support visiting contractors and engineers.
• Keep plant areas clean, safe and presentable.
• Escalate issues to PES Service Team when needed.
