Job summary

Castelan Group is seeking a Furniture Technician to join our growing team. You’ll work directly in customers’ homes, carrying out repairs and restoration while delivering a professional and friendly service.

The role offers on‑site training, progression opportunities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll travel to various locations, use your practical skills to restore furniture to its best condition, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Visiting customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wooden furniture and related items.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out professional repairs to a consistently high standard.
• Completing accurate reports and submitting information promptly.
• Working towards first-visit resolution and quality targets.
• Promoting furniture care products where appropriate.
• Maintaining company tools, equipment and vehicle to a professional standard.
