Job summary

Kion Group AG is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair customer equipment on-site in Swanley, UK. You will diagnose faults, order parts, and ensure all activities align with health & safety and quality standards.

You will maintain documentation, communicate with the Service Controller and customer, and contribute to continuous improvement in work conditions and processes.

Qualifications

• Carrying out service and repairs to customer equipment on site.
• Liaising with Service Controller andManager for parts and job progress.
• Adhering to Health & Safety and environmental policies and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and repairs to equipment on customer sites in a safe, professional and cost effective manner.
• Order necessary spare parts efficiently and maintain paperwork.
• Provide reliable information to customers on maintenance and repairs.
• Keep records up to date and follow KPI targets for service and stock.
