Job summary

Exosens Detection UK Limited seeks an experienced Facilities, Health & Safety and Site Security Manager to oversee facilities, safety programs, and site security at our London manufacturing site.

You will lead maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and manage security and access control while coordinating with operations to sustain business continuity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management, health and safety, site security, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing contractors, maintenance activities, and site services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of site facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, and essential services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop and promote a proactive health and safety culture across the site.
• Manage site security arrangements, access control, and security procedures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate facilities, health and safety, and security risks.
• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, contractors, and external service providers.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
• Support incident investigations, reporting, and the implementation of preventative measures.
• Maintain appropriate documentation, policies, procedures, and compliance records.
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing and operational teams to minimise disruption and support business continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve site safety, efficiency, compliance, and facilities performance.
