You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, monitor environmental systems, respond to incidents, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Experience with DCIM platforms and vendor certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Deploy and decommission hardware as needed.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
