On-site Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements through proactive workforce planning
- Manage and maintain a large, flexible pool of available workers to meet fluctuating demand
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support business objectives
- Prepare and present KPI reports to Senior Management in weekly performance review meetings
- Facilitate candidate introductions to the site, including outlining processes, expectations, and work environment
- Conduct comprehensive site tours and ensure key stakeholders are engaged during the onboarding process
- Ensure all workers are fully registered, compliant with legal and site-specific requirements, inducted, and briefed on their roles and responsibilities
What we are looking for:
- Proactive and highly motivated approach to candidate attraction and engagement
- Resilient, self-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, often under tight deadlines and short notice
- Well-developed business administration skills, ensuring efficient and accurate processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all recruitment and administrative tasks
