James Gray Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead major Roofing & Cladding projects across Scotland. You will take ownership from award through final account, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality.

You will manage programmes, procurement, commercial control, and strong client relationships, guiding site teams and coordinating with Tier 1 contractors. A hands-on leader with a track record of large-scale delivery is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years' experience in Roofing & Cladding on large projects.
• SMSTS, a Manager-level CSCS card and First Aid qualifications preferred.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or related industry training desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead across multiple contracts or one major project from award to final account.
• Manage programme, procurement, commercial control, quality, H&S and client relationships.
• Supervise Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Oversee procurement, materials, labour and subcontract packages.
• Control costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Identify and manage project risks early and ensure compliance.
