Miller Homes in the West Midlands (Bedworth) is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager at the Kington Meadows development. You will help coordinate build activities, ensure works align with the programme and company standards, and maintain site safety and security.

The role offers a competitive salary, a company car or car allowance of £4,350, a 20% bonus potential and a pension contribution of 6.5%.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within housebuilding.
• Ability to plan, organise and monitor subcontract activity.
• Demonstrates a positive can-do attitude.
• Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations.

Responsibilities

• Control labour on site including direct and sub-contracts to coordinate plots as per build programme.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safety and programme compliance.
• Ensure site security and manage traffic/public access.
• Provide cover for Site Manager when required.
