Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of consultants, driving performance and engagement.
  • Build and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities and staying ahead of competitors.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Deliver strategic workforce programmes including Mypath and Academies.
  • Present insights and data to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions.
  • Ensure a positive experience for our associates, aligned with our Associate Charter.
  • Collaborate across departments to share best practices and drive innovation.
