Qualifications

• Strong experience in application packaging across multiple platforms.
• Expertise with a variety of packaging tools.
• Solid knowledge of packaging formats.
• Proven troubleshooting of complex issues.
• Desirable: SCCM current branch experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide software to the client through an organised packaging process.
• Perform QA testing and assist with UAT fault resolution.
• Document each application clearly with expected behavior and how it was achieved.
• Build strong relationships with the client, third parties and vendors.
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities and hands-on problem solving and solutioning.
