Job summary

MCC Label in Daventry, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Flexo Printer – Days to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain flexographic presses, set up parameters, and ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced packaging environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with foil and emboss techniques, and uphold safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement and efficient production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating flexographic printing presses in packaging/labels.
• Experience with hot and cold foil techniques and embossing.
• Ability to work independently on press and operate IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines per job specs.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machine settings for quality.
• Operate and assist finishing equipment like die cutters, slitters, rewinders.
• Collaborate across functions to improve workflows and yields.
• Ensure consistency across print runs with tight tolerances.
• Communicate with production teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Comply with health and safety, policies, and production protocols.
