Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Lancashire is seeking a Security Officer to protect clients' property, people and assets in line with published Assignment Instructions and site-specific changes.

You will help meet KPIs and SLAs, complete on-site tasks, and maintain professional conduct. Ongoing training supports self-development and licensing, with safety compliance and reporting of incidents.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required or desirable.
• SIA Licence (security) required; CCTV PSS SIA Licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of and ensure compliance with all policies and legal requirements on site.
• Fully complete all tasks on site as defined within published Assignment Instructions (AIs).
• Review AIs and suggest amendments to improve service.
• Follow front-line licensing requirements (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence.
