Morris & Spottiswood are seeking a Multi Trade Engineer-Plumber in Newcastle upon Tyne to support planned, reactive and compliance-led plumbing works across LLED sites. You will operate with a proactive attitude delivering high standards of service.

The role requires strong teamwork, a willingness to work on-call rota 24/7 on a Friday-to-Friday cycle (retainer and enhanced out-of-hours rates) and the ability to work across multiple sites while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Recognised plumbing qualification (SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Full valid UK driving licence
• Experience in commercial, industrial or healthcare environments
• Industry recognised plumbing trade qualification or time-served experience
• Ability to work safely in busy sites and adhere to site procedures
• Willingness to work across LLED sites

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across LLED sites
• Install, repair, maintain and test hot and cold water systems, sanitary ware, pipework and valves
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs with minimal disruption to clients
• Follow health and safety procedures, infection prevention requirements and hospital site protocols
• Complete accurate records, job reports and compliance documentation
