Job summary

Morris & Spottiswood in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Multi Trade Engineer-Electrician to support planned, reactive and project-led electrical works across fit-out projects on LLED sites. Based in the North East, you will work on commercial environments delivering high standards in line with Regs.

You will be part of a well-established team, with on-call rota responsibilities, strong teamwork, and a proactive safety-focused approach. Full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical qualification, such as SVQ/NVQ in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Valid ECS card or equivalent site safety card
• Relevant experience working in commercial, industrial or healthcare environments

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical works across LLED sites
• Install, test, repair and maintain electrical systems, containment, wiring, lighting, power and associated equipment
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and work instructions to complete works accurately
• Work in line with health and safety procedures, site rules, current regulations and client requirements
• Complete accurate records, test sheets, job reports and documentation as required
