Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking Kitchen staff on an as-needed basis to support dining services.

The role supports serving lines, food prep, and meal service while maintaining safety and quality. You will help set up serving lines, monitor temperatures, operate kitchen equipment with proper certification, keep areas clean, and follow HACCP and HACCP-related policies. The position offers varied pay by state and position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at the required temperature.
• Prepare foods per the menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean and organized.
• Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas including equipment and dishes.
