Job summary

Valoris Group Limited is seeking a Reactive Plumber to cover Lancashire, handling reactive repairs, maintenance, and fault-finding across commercial and industrial properties. You will support the Reactive, Service and Project Divisions as required, working to UK plumbing regulations and safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of five years' experience as a Commercial Plumber, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to participate in an out-of-hours/on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience as a Commercial Plumber in commercial/industrial environments.
• Strong experience in reactive plumbing, maintenance and fault-finding.
• Experience with commercial plumbing and heating systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in out-of-hours/on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive plumbing and maintenance call-outs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to high standards.
• Service and maintain commercial plumbing and heating systems.
• Install and replace pipework and sanitary equipment.
• Investigate leaks and pressure problems.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance.
• Produce service reports and job documentation.
• Work with engineers and other trades in a multi-skilled team.
• Communicate with customers and site teams.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment; participate in on-call rota.
