We're Hiring: On-Call Manager (Part-Time Role)

Location: Remote / Flexible

Company: County Carers - Private Care Agency

County Carers are looking for a reliable and organised On-Call Manager to join our team.

Hours

1. Every other week
2. Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
3. Competitive flat rate
4. Self Employed

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, answering the phone, handling staff and client queries, administration, covering care calls when needed, and ensuring clear communication within the Domiciliary team.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous care experience preferred
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure
• Supportive team environment and opportunities for growth into management

Additional hours are available on the domiciliary team doing evening shifts if interested.
