Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and complete them satisfactorily.
• Respond to urgent situations per policies, including contacting District nurses and GP.
• Support planning staff by suggesting improvements to rotas.
• Maintain communication channels with community staff.
• Record staff absences appropriately and ensure timely reporting of incidents.
