Job description

On-board Waiter/Waitress – Luxury 5* Operation

Location: London Based (with travel)

Salary: £2,750 per month + Benefits

Contract: Seasonal – 7 Months

We are looking for personable, confident, and hardworking individuals to join an exceptional luxury 5* F&B front of house team. Candidates should bring their personality and passion for excellent service, and be able to work well under pressure.

Some industry experience is preferred but training will be provided where necessary.

We want you to enjoy your work while maintaining a focus on delivering efficient and friendly customer service. You should be passionate about service, well-organized, and possess an excellent working knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, including the order of service.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain an exceptionally high standard of five-star luxury service within Food & Beverage operations.
  2. Proactively learn about new menu items, beverages, and service standards.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and high standards in all areas of the business.
  4. Be social, motivated, proactive, and act professionally and positively in all interactions.
  5. Set up the restaurant for service and during service hours.
  6. Collaborate with experienced staff to support tasks such as serving, clearing tables, and managing guest needs during service.
