Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an On Board Standards Team Leader for Trans Pennine Express (TPE) at Newcastle & Edinburgh.

Pay Rate: £15.04 per hour.

Hours: Full Time.

Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6am and 10:30pm, including weekends.

• Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.

AS A ON BOARD STANDARDS TEAM LEADER, YOU’LL:

• Support Onboard Standards Manager, with coaching the On Board Team to deliver high customer service levels and the relevant sales targets.
• Support Onboard Standards Manager, with staff engagement maximised through your people management skills.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Liaise with peers within Rail Gourmet.
