Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a On Board Standards Team Leader for Trans Pennine Express (TPE) at Liverpool & York.

Pay Rate: £15.04 per hour.
Hours: Full Time.
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6am and 10:30pm, including weekends.

AS A ON BOARD STANDARDS TEAM LEADER, YOU’LL:

• Support the On Board Standards Manager in coaching the onboard team to deliver high customer service levels and sales targets.
• Engage and manage staff effectively to maximize team performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Liaise with peers within Rail Gourmet.
