A major UK automotive retailer is seeking a Car Sales Executive for their new dealership in Solihull. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by matching clients to suitable vehicles while achieving sales targets. With major dealer uptake and plans for rapid growth in market share, the brand has recruited staff from some of the UK's leading manufacturers. We are looking for a hungry, exciting, and ambitious candidate.
The hours of work are between 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays), with a day off during the week. Working hours on Sundays are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on a rota basis. Future flexibility on hours and shifts will be available as the team grows.
The successful candidate will prioritize customer excellence. As a Sales Executive with Listers, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. The role involves matching customers to the right cars, features, and add-ons, from financing to contracts, aiming for complete customer satisfaction throughout the process.
