Overview

We are looking for an in store Omnichannel Marketing Manager to join the Organised Trade Omnichannel Marketing team. You will be responsible for supporting the in store marketing agenda; delivering effective communication of the brand messages in-store, and creating joint marketing initiatives with customers that are founded in shopper insights and driving sales. The critical success factor for this role is the ability to understand the dynamics of the Organised Trade channel, be the voice of the customer internally for in store marketing alongside the online counterparts, and work with the wider Omnichannel Marketing team to deliver creative solutions to key opportunity areas.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Omnichannel Marketing strategy for Organised Trade in partnership with other in store & eComm counterparts, including execution of PepsiCo calendar initiatives and working with customers on corporate initiatives throughout the year, identifying joint opportunities.
  • Support the delivery of effective Omnichannel Marketing programmes for PepsiCo's Snacks & Grains brands through the creative development and execution of in store marketing campaigns.
  • Lead artwork briefing and asset creation for campaigns and activations; responsible for briefing campaigns into creative agencies and liaising with Customer 3rd Party media partners.
  • Reporting & tracking in store marketing activity; Budget management support across Organised Trade customers.
  • This role is customer facing and requires knowledge & expertise of the retailer environment and networking into their marketing and trading teams.
  • Support the evaluation of omnichannel marketing campaigns to generate insight that shapes future plans; including using existing evaluations to plan and build campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Cross-functional relationship management across Sales, Marketing, Corporate & other media functions.
  • Supporting Commercial sales teams on the execution of Brand Planning and other strategic customer meetings.
  • Corporate and Legal alignment of all customer initiatives.
